I wanted to send out a couple IMPORTANT reminders for today…
1.) TODAY is the last day to order apparel in the apparel store. Order by midnight tonight! After today you will no longer be able to order a team suit and apparel for the season.
2.) Any urgent changes or cancellations to practices or meets etc. will be communicated via our Commit platform. It should show up as an email from myself or Coach Paul.
If case you didn’t see Paul’s email from yesterday regarding practice this week, please see below for reference. Also, I got a few questions about what “drylands” are? It’s basically the exercises swimmers do outside of the water (usually on the Pool Deck) to improve swimming performance (running, jumping, push-ups, squat jumps). The practices will take place during the practice groups times previously noted. I hope that helps! Looking forward to seeing some of you today!

Hello, all!
Tomorrow is the big day! First practice of the season! Unfortunately, the pool temperature is still too cold for practice. I expect we will be in the water towards the end of the week. We will send out another email when we are able to get in the water.
We will still hold practice during our regularly scheduled times! So what does swimming without swimming look like? We will do a variety of activities with the kids this week including dryland exercises, games, getting to know you activities, etc.
Please bring shoes for running and jumping along with clothes for the weather. I would recommend pants and sweatshirt to start and adjust clothing as needed.
Also, if you had a PLACEMENT SWIM for our new swimmers, I will be adding additional slots starting 5/18 for placement swims.
Sorry for this inconvenience but we will still make the most of our practice time getting to meet new Sharks and seeing our old Shark friends!
