Hello, Shark families!
As this season wrapped up over the weekend, I’m proud to reflect on the growth this team demonstrated over the past year. We were able to take a significant step towards the identity we had the last time we were MICSA champions! The Sharks are BACK!
Each of our practice groups are starting to develop their own identity and are building towards an incredible team culture. Again, one of our hallmarks, recognized by numerous coaches throughout the league, is our sportsmanship. We have young leaders emerging in all the age groups and I am incredibly excited to watch this team develop over the next several summers!
Special congratulations to Paige Lauer for setting the BAC record in the Girls’ 9-10 25 Butterfly with a time of 15.00!
Also a congratulations to our MICSA event winners Kate LaBelle (50 Free), Paige Lauer (100 Free), Reese Groth (50 Fly), and Elliot Kain (50 Free, 100 IM)!
