It’s a busy week ahead. How appropriate that SHARK WEEK started today on the Discovery Channel. Tune in if you haven’t had enough Shark this summer already.

These are valuable experiences for the swimmers a proper technique is key to improving. Cost is $25/session.

COACHES’ CORNER – Coach Paul
With two weeks left in season and most of the work behind us, we have just a few practices left to be at our best. But with our training mostly behind us, we have one last major hurdle to guarantee success at the end of the season: Our confidence. Confidence is something that can be built. Small goals each week. Reflecting on what you can control. Using positive self talk to channel energy. Visualizing success.
Spending just a few minutes per day visualizing races, telling yourself you will be successful, and being proud of what you have accomplished are great ways to build that confidence for race day.
GO SHARKS!
Coach Paul
Best,
Alyson & Katie
